this is a Syrian series called "Ashwak na3ema", in Arabic "أشواك ناعمة" which means soft thorns or fine thorns. it's one of my favorite dramas, it's so realistic, also it's one of the few dramas (if not the only one) that deals with teenagers and their school life and what they go through, so I could relate to it. * of course I subbed this depending on my English.. (which is not that great) sorry for any mistakes BTW, I'm Lebanese... I just didn't want anyone to think I'm Syrian kekeke^^

During the show, Health Ministry spokesman Khalid Marghalni said Rabeah was acting like "a father" in seeking to cheer up the girl. "The best gift would be for the minister to resign tonight," Shirian replied. In Saudi Arabia, calls for the resignation of senior government officials are uncommon in the media. Jeswine, who is from an Indian family in Saudi Arabia, shares his powerful testimony of how lives are being changed in the Middle East. "Many people have no other way to know about Jesus than Christian Television," he says. This video was produced by GOD TV with stock landscape footage from Arab lands as it is very difficult to film inside Saudi Arabia. This however does not detract from the truth of what God is doing in that country. GOD TV was launched in 1995 as Europe's first daily Christian channel. From that day forward it has been a forerunner in Christian media worldwide turning the very destiny of the church through powerful, cutting edge programming that changes lives.
